Three family dwellings in Peterborough.
Mark Doodes Planning submitted a planning application for three three-bedroom townhouse dwellings, including off-street parking and cycle storage, in Peterborough. Permission was granted in January 2018 and MDP recently submitted a non-material amendment for minor revisions.
The three two-storey townhouse dwellings have been designed to blend into the street scene of the nearby homes.
This project makes use of a vacant brownfield site close to the centre of the Peterborough, making it a highly sustainable location. The dwellings will provide new small family housing in a popular area.
