Having met our clients a few years ago at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre, our planning consultants assembled the necessary third party reports, having briefed the consultant team, and drafted a robust planning statement to accompany the planning application, now approved by the Local Authority.
MDP are now appointed to prepare technical drawings, discharge conditions and progress tenders on this site, with a view to our client self-building the project, as their main family home.
