Initial advice
Contact us for an initial no obligation discussion of your project and the time frames. This advice will be honest and straightforward as we do not want to build initial expectation to waste time and expense down the line.

Site Appraisals
MDP can give you a realistic indication of the prospects for development on your land or land you are considering controlling or buying. This service is popular for clients seeking an alternative appraisal on views provided from other land discipline professionals such as surveyors, solicitors or more often estate agents.
 
Property Development Advice
From our wealth of experience, we can evaluate a site and produce an honest, realistic assessment on what can actually be built, totally in line with local guidelines and planning regulations.
 
Architectural & Design Service
With our team of associates, we can offer an architectural design service and advise of what would be acceptable and feasible for a given site. Careful consideration will always be given to house design and materials used with a sympathetic yet practical approach to their surroundings.
 
Preparation of Planning Applications
MDP will have pre-application discussions, suggestions on optimising schemes in terms of size and profitability, their submission, responding to issues arising and ensuring decisions are fair and contain the right conditions. This service seems to be the most popular with our clients.
 
Appeals advice
Planning applications that are not successful, MDP can manage the appeal process. We can advise on realistic and honest time frames, risks, alternatives and overall prospects.
 
Objections and Representations
 If you feel you are being unreasonably affected by nearby development, for example by a neighbour, we can give you a down-to-earth assessment of the likely outcomes and the benefits of making a representation to the relevant Local Authority or Council.
