additional office space in Ducklington
Mark Doodes Planning prepared and submitted an application for additional B1 office space above existing office premises in Ducklington. Permission was granted in May 2018.
It was proposed to convert the existing loft space into useable office accommodation. The new office space, which will be accessed by a new stairwell, will be used as a board room and a second room will be created for focus groups and testing to take place.
The site will retain much of its original character whilst allowing the expansion of the office to be undertaken without the need to close the back office down. The proposals improve the productivity and efficiency of the overall company and thereby make it more competitive in the marketplace. Additionally, this quality scheme will have minimal impact on the street scene, existing staff, and operational activities.
