Site appraisals 

SITE APPRAISALS

A site appraisal is a survey and evaluation of the existing characteristics of a site, looking at the inter-relationship between the site and it’s surrounding environment. MDP are often asked by its clients to appraise the planning merits of sites ahead of prospective purchase giving a steer on the likelihood of securing a planning consent by reviewing the development plan status of sites; considering potential design implications; advising on highways and parking matters; flood risk and  ecological and arboricultural constraints. MDP are also adept at advising on any constraints or opportunities from an architectural perspective, such as matters of scale, privacy and layout.
