Five new STARTER homes in LITTLE MILTON OXFORDSHIRE

MDP in conjunction with architects, Swabey-Collison, have been appointed to prepare and submit a full planning application for the erection of 5 new, 2-bed, starter homes, along with associated infrastructure and new landscaping, at Haseley Road, Little Milton in Oxfordshire. The site is located in the smaller village of Little Milton, an historic and attractive village in Oxfordshire located 3 miles from the M40 and 12 miles from Oxford. The application site is approximately 0.6 hectares in size and is positioned on the southern side of Haseley Road, towards the south east of the settlement of Little Milton. It comprises a large paddock which extends south west from Haseley Road in an irregular, but roughly rectangular shape. There is existing access to Haseley Road. Careful consideration has gone into the design of the proposed dwellings to ensure that they are appealing to people at each end of the property spectrum, first time buyers and downsizers. Each of the proposed homes is detached, offering good levels of privacy. The provision of a level ground floor and a ground floor bed also allows for flexible accommodation, as set out the in Lifetime Homes Standard, providing easy access for wheelchairs as well as items such as children’s prams and buggies. MDP have drawn on the expertise of a team of experts for this full application and hope to achieve a positive response from the Local Planning Authority. |
