REPLACEMENT OF A GRADE II LISTED THATCH COTTAGE IN East
MDP secured planning permission for a Listed Building in East Hendred. The building is a Grade II Listed thatched cottage that had suffered major fire damage.
The application included systematic partial dismantlement of the Listed Building (using approved methods) and the subsequent re-erection of the original dwelling along with a new thatched two storey side and a new rear tiled two storey extension. The application also included the demolition of an existing outbuilding and erection of a new ancillary structure to the rear as well as associated infrastructure.
Our client decided to sell the property. We are now working with the new owners to deliver the scheme.
