MDP worked with our client to seek pre application advice from the Local Planning Authority (LPA). They raised a significant number of concerns regarding
the suitability of the plot, including concerns regarding access, highways, massing, overlooking, trees and archaeology.
Over a 19th month period and three planning applications, MDP were able to address all of the LPAs concerns and outline planning consent for our clients was achieved for a 2-storey dwelling.
The site has since been sold to a self builder to develop the site.
