MDP prepared and submitted an application for the erection of a three-bedroom family dwelling near Didcot. The dwelling will be located to the rear of a stable on the landowner's property. The property was designed with ecology, hydrology, and visual amenity in mind and was intended to look like a purpose-built barn conversion.

Permission was granted in November 2016. As the plot was highly constrained by flooding and ecology concerns, it was approved after an 18-month process, involving hydrological mapping, working with ecologists, and receiving input from EA and Natural England.
