MDP were instructed to prepare a full planning application for Addington Equestrian Centre, a world class equestrian centre in Buckinghamshire.
Addington Equestrian Centre was established around 20 years ago and became one of the finest equestrian centres in the UK with an unrivalled range of facilities for around 130 horses. The proposed plans aim to rejuvenate and modernise the facility with a new restaurant, the refurbishment of some of the existing buildings and the replacement of parts of the existing stabling.
MDP developed a planning strategy and led a team of specialists to help develop proposals that identified the constraints of the site and positively supported the requirements of our clients business needs.
The Council failed to make a decision on the application after several months, which lead MDP to submit an appeal due to lack of feedback and we are awaiting to hear the outcome.
