New two storey dwelling with access in devizes

Mark Doodes Planning prepared and submitted a planning application for the demolition of existing garages and the erection of a detached two bedroom bungalow with access and ancillary infrastructure. The site is located in Devizes Wiltshire. Permission was granted for this self-build project in August 2022. As part of ou greater strategy, in January 2023, MDP achieved Planning permission at the same site for a two storey detached dwelling. Both schemes was locally unpopular and technical objections arose regarding Ecology, Highways, Drainage and Trees. By working with our network of consultants we provided reports and modified plans to gain a positive outcome The site is being prepared for sale into the self-build market. MDP has dealt with many small housing developments and self-build projects and has the necessary experience to provide planning expertise for these types of projects. |
