Three-house scheme in Sutton Courtenay

MDP prepared and submitted an application for the erection of three detached dwelling houses in Sutton Courtenay near Abingdon. Planning permission was granted in October 2016. The site was greenfield and part of a wider paddock holding that wasn't used for any farming activity for more than 10 years. These three new two-storey family dwellings are being erected where there is a shortfall of housing. The design of the houses will have rural-themed weather boarding, blending in well with their surroundings. Additionally, with close proximity to three villages, the site has a sustainable location in a growing village with easy access to employment, transport, and local facilities. |
