​Mark Doodes Planning completed a planning application for a project including the demolition of an existing bungalow and outbuildings and replacing it with a two-storey dwelling. The proposed plans include a detached two-bay garage and alterations to existing access to the site.

The application was approved in February 2018, and an appeal against the conditions imposed is in progress. MDP has had numerous successful experiences with appeals, having won about 70% of all appeals taken on.
