STRATEGIC LAND IN STOURPORT, Wyre Forest Dc

MDP was part of a team who successfully negotiated the removal of a site from the Green Belt, which is located on Yew Tree Walk in Stourport. This land can now be allocated for housing.

An illustrative masterplan with 60-70 units was submitted to showcase what could be achieved with the land if it was no longer within the Green Belt.

A full planning application for the development of this site will be submitted in due course by MDP.
