Planning Consultants at MDP worked with Landscapers Architects, Marcus Barnett Studio, to deliver a transformative landscaping and garden re-design. The works were considered to require planning consent and as such MDP prepared a comprehensive and robust planning application.

The proposal presented issues around views from public rights of way, ecology, drainage and landscape impact.

MDP negotiated a successful outcome for the client with the Local Authority, with planning permission being granted in  July 2020.
