The site is located within Stratford upon Avon District Council who are presently able to demonstrate a five year housing land supply however the LPA constrained by the Green Belt (which includes this site) and flood zones and will be actively seeking edge of settlement sites such as this to assist in future housing provision.

There is also the underlying problem of needing to assist Birmingham with its land supply problems. The work for this site includes undertaking baseline surveys, promoting the site through the local plan process and general monitoring of the changing policy circumstances and local plan opportunities.
