MDP is a Chartered Town Planning Consultancy based in Oxfordshire and operating throughout the UK.

Our Planning Consultants have over 20 years experience supporting clients with their planning objectives, from single homes to new housing estates as well as heritage projects, equestrian developments, commercial land and Class Q barn conversions as well as delivering many other planning services.

​Our consultants will navigate the complex planning system with you every step of the way, including the drafting, proofing and submission of all documentation, the preparation of drawings, management of any surveys or reports required to support your submission and liaison, throughout the application, with the Local Authority.

We also offer a range of planning consultancy services, including appeals, dealing with enforcement matters, planning strategy, land promotion and sales, objections and representations and local plan representations.
