MDP have secured permission for a new enterprise aimed at providing high quality exercise and walking facilities for residents in and near to Swindon.

The permission for change of use of an agricultural field was granted last week for the dog exercise and relaxation business.

The site, which is in an open countryside location, included a new landscaping scheme and hardstanding. The client is delighted with the consent and is working with MDP to discharge any conditions prior to opening in the autumn.
